Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. CT
Getting to the Venue
Follow 183 East to Interstate 35/Stemmons Freeway South. Continue on the freeway to exit 430C for Wycliff Avenue. Turn left off exit. Travel under the bridge then turn left onto North Stemmons Freeway. The hotel entrance will be on the right.
Parking
Self-parking on site is $10.
COVID-19 Related Safety Protocols
- Masks are not required, but strongly recommended
- Please practice social distancing whenever possible
- Frequent cleaning & sanitizing of guest space will be provided
- Hand sanitizing stations available throughout the event space
Refreshments
A light continental breakfast and lunch with gluten free/vegetarian options will be served. Refreshments & Coffee service will be available throughout the day. We will do our best to offer a variety of options for different dietary needs. If you have specific needs, you are welcome to bring your own food/beverage to the venue.
